In today's lifestyle, we don't have much time to think about ourselves. waking up in the morning, had to breakfast, go to the office and coming back, and slept. throughout the day we don't even get time to think about ourselves. in which world we are living?
today am gonna tell you how to manage your day. I teach you the simple steps to reach your goal and make you satisfied. trust me you won't regret it.
#1 WAKING UP EARLY
Most of you guys think that come on everybody says that what's new in it. but trust me guys waking up early has many benefits, you feel the day is long and you got more time to plan your schedule. as per health, your mind is fresh and active your work becomes more productive. go for a jog and freshen up yourself have some breakfast and then kickoff to your work by 9 A.M.this means early rising gives you the time to think about yourself rather than waking up late take bath, running late for office we will be in a hurry we even forget to eat sometimes this very unhealthy. because eating breakfast is very important this gives you the energy to work throughout the day.
#2 DAILY TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOURSELF
Give yourself some time to do what you want. At least 2 hours only for you, not for your family not for your friends it is only you. think .... just think what do you want to do in your life. or spent that time on your hobbies or your interests. this is very relaxing. this is goods per your mental health also. you don't feel stress even in your busy schedule you work productively. I can give you 100% sure since I have been practicing this since many years now.
#3 GO TO VACATIONS
Plan vacations with family or friends. travel alone if you want, go for trekking, do some of your favorite superhero adventures. At least once in a month if not possible once 3 months there is nothing wrong with doing that. see we have only one life and we don't know how many years we have in our pocket. so give it a thought. I know we have so many responsibilities on us. I say if we want to fulfill that productively it is necessary to give yourself some time and relax then think about how to do it. that's it ....it is as simple as that.
#4 DO MEDITATION
This is a very valid point. Science tells that meditation improves your mental health as well as make your thoughts clear. meditation improves every aspect of your life. managing and balancing your lifestyle. and gives relax.there are infinite benefits by doing it. if you guys are interested I will write a separate blog on meditation and its benefits and how to do it properly. for your kind information am a certified yoga instructor too.
HOW TO PLAN THE SCHEDULE?
Just spend 3hours a day for your self.
> 1 hour after you wake up go for a jog or walk in the park and meditate 30 min. this isn't a big deal just 1 hr in morning for your self.
> The evening for 1hour takes a break from your work practice or learn your interests like songs dance some sports guitar anything that makes you happy.
>1 hr spend with your family and play with your kids at least talk to them for some time. interacting with loved ones also gives you motivation and before go to bed the best habit to do is meditate for 15 or 20 min. this gives you more calmness to your mind and works effectively.
